A:SKF and NSK use basically the same code system, but there are some slight differences.  The main difference is in the bearing accessories, which is the rear code above.  

• Medium series 2 have the same od code: for example, SKF 6203 and NSK 6203.  
  Heavy duty Series 3 have same outer diameter code: for example, SKF 6303 and NSK 6303 are the same.  
  Light 0 series outer diameter code same: example: SKF 6003 and NSK 6003 are the same.  
  Super heavy 4 Series outer diameter code is the same: example: SKF 6403 and NSK 6403 are the same.  
• Miniature bearings:  
  Medium Series 2 has the same od code: for example, SKF 624 and NSK 624.  
  Heavy duty series 3 have same od code: example: SKF 634 and NSK 634 are the same.  
  Light 0 series outer diameter code same: example: SKF 606 and NSK 606 are the same.
• Different:  
  Special light 8 outer diameter code is different: example: SKF 61806, NSK code is 6806.  
  Ultra light 9 series outer diameter code is different: example: SKF 61906, NSK code is 6906.
• Miniature bearings:  
  Special light 8 outer diameter code is different: example: SKF 618/6, NSK code is 686.  
  Ultra light 9 series outer diameter code is different: example: SKF 619/6, NSK code is 696.  
• Attachment Code:  
  Stamped steel plate sealing cover on both sides: SKF code: -2Z, NSK code: ZZ  
  Rubber sealing cover on both sides: (common) SKF code: -2RS1 or -2RSH, NSK code: DDU  
• Radial internal clearance Code:  
  NSK has a CM gap, SKF does not.  Other clearance codes are the same: C2/C3/C4, C5  
• Accuracy grade code:  
  P6, P5, P4, P2 are all adopted  
  Grease code: NSK can be seen in the model number, but SKF is not marked.  
  These are common similarities and differences, but there are other differences too, but they’re not very common.

A:This one, from right to left, has four digits and five digits.  Two on the right side represent the inner diameter, the number multiplied by 5mm inner diameter, for example, the inner diameter of 05 is 25mm. The third on the right side is the diameter series of the bearing (that is, the bearing with the same structure and the same inner diameter changes in the outer diameter and width series).  For example, for centripetal bearings and centripetal thrust bearings, 0 and 1 represent extra-light series;  2 indicates light series;  3 indicates the medium series.  4 indicates the repeated series.  

The fourth on the right is the bearing width series (that is, the structure, inner diameter and diameter series are the same as the bearing width of the series of changes) the fifth number indicates the bearing type code with basic code (for cylindrical roller bearings and needle bearings and other types of code for letters).  

Q19: How to calculate the outer diameter of bearing 6214RS?

A:Bearing outer diameter is not calculated, and there are standards in the manual, so the simple way is to check the manual  

Refer to the table for deep groove ball bearings with outer diameter 125mm and inner diameter 70  
Of course, it’s easy to figure out the inside diameter by looking at the model number  
For example, 6214RS, inner diameter =14*5=70mm (usually multiplied by 5 with the last two digits)
