Deep groove ball bearing has small friction coefficient and high limit speed, so it has more advantages than thrust bearing when axial load is rotating at high speed. But because its aligning performance is limited, the concentricity of bearing installation should be high, otherwise it will affect the balance of its operation, increase the bearing stress, and thus shorten the working life.
Deep groove ball bearing structure is simple, compared with other easy to achieve high precision, so it can be mass production. In addition to the conventional models, it also has a variety of structural variations, such as deep groove ball bearing with dust cover, deep groove ball bearing with rubber ring and deep groove ball bearing with a stop groove and so on.
Deep groove ball bearing is the most common type of rolling bearing.
The basic type of deep groove ball bearing consists of an outer ring, an inner ring, a group of steel balls and a group of cages. There are two types of deep groove ball bearing, single row and double row, deep groove ball structure is also divided into sealed and open two kinds of structure, open refers to the bearing without sealing structure, sealing type deep groove ball is divided into dust seal and oil seal. The dust proof sealing cover is made of steel plate stamping, which only prevents dust from entering the bearing raceway. The oil-proof type is contact oil seal, which can effectively prevent the grease spillover in the bearing.
What is the maintenance method for removing abnormal noise of KOYO deep groove ball bearing and repairing grease?
(1) The water pump newly put into use by koyo bearing must replace the grease (oil) after running for 100 hours in general, and replace it once every 500 hours after running.
(2) The liquid koyo bearing with grease lubrication should be replaced after 1500 hours of operation. The amount of oil injected should not be too much or too little, because too much or too little grease will cause deep groove ball bearings to heat. The amount of oil is generally controlled in 1/2 ~ 2/3 of the volume of the bearing room.
(3) For bearings with lubricating oil lubrication, the amount of oil should be added to the specified position.
(4) The container of lubricating oil or grease should be clean, and it should be sealed well at ordinary times. There should be no dust, iron filings and other debris to avoid damaging the bearing.
(5) The motor deep groove ball bearings generally use sodium grease, which is characterized by high temperature resistance (125℃), but easy to dissolve in water, so it can not be used for the lubrication of koyo bearings.
