Bearing production process:

Bearing raw materials – inner, steel ball or roller processing, outer ring processing, cage (stamping or solid) processing – bearing assembly – bearing finished product

Bearing inner and outer ring process flow:

Bars—cutting—forging—spheroidizing annealing—turning—heat treatment—grinding—superfinishing—final inspection of parts—rust prevention and warehousing.

Processing process of steel ball:

Cold stamping of bar or wire rod—filing, soft grinding or smooth ball—heat treatment—hard grinding—fine grinding—fine grinding or grinding—final inspection and grouping—rust prevention, rough grinding, packaging—storage .

Roller processing:

Threading and soft grinding after bar turning or wire cold heading——heat treatment—stringing soft spot—rough grinding outer diameter—rough grinding end face—final grinding end face—fine grinding outer diameter—final grinding outer diameter ——final inspection grouping—rust prevention, packaging—warehousing

The processing of the cage:

Copper castings – inner diameter, end face, chamfering – drilling (or pulling, boring) – deburring – pickling – final inspection – rust prevention, outer diameter, packaging – storage
