Bearing type:

Bearing type refers to the bearing type used by air-cooled radiator fans. In mechanical engineering, there are many types of bearings, but the Bearing forms used in radiator products are classified according to their basic working principle into three kinds: Sleeve bearings with sliding friction and Ball bearings with rolling friction, as well as the three kinds of mixed Bearing forms. In recent years, the major radiator manufacturers have introduced new technologies in bearings, such as magnetic floating bearings, fluid protection system bearings, hydraulic bearings, ford bearings, nano ceramic bearings, etc., are also improved on these basic bearing forms, the basic working principle is still unchanged.

Sleeve Bearing:

1 Ball+1 Sleeve Bearing:

Double Ball bearings belong to more high-grade bearings, using the form of rolling friction, the use of two Ball bearings, bearings in a number of tiny steel balls around the axis, when the fan page or axis rotation, the Ball is followed by rotation. Because they are spheres, there is less friction and there is no problem with oil leakage. The advantage of double ball bearings is very long life, about 50,000-100000 hours; Good aging resistance, suitable for high speed fans. The disadvantages of double ball bearings are that they are expensive to manufacture and make the most noise at the same speed level. Double ball bearings and hydraulic bearings have better sealing, especially double ball bearings. The double ball bearings are completely embedded in the fan, and the rotating part has no direct contact with the outside world. In a sealed environment, the working environment of bearings is relatively stable. Therefore, 5000 RPM large diameter fans almost all use double ball bearings.

Rifle Bearing:

Hydraulic Bearing

VAPO Bearing:

NANO Ceramic Bearing:

NANO Ceramic Bearing (NCB) is still an oil Bearing in nature, which was first introduced by Foxconn in its products. Traditional oil-bearing fans wear badly in the process of use and have low reliability when used for a long time. Nano bearing effectively overcome the problem: ceramic bearing technology adopted special macromolecule material with special additives to fully mix, bearing the core we use special dioxide comprehensive materials, made use of punching die and sintering process, crystal particles by past 60 dropped to 0.3 um um, solid, smooth, wear-resisting and so on characteristics. Nano-ceramic bearings have strong high temperature resistance and are not easy to volatilize, which greatly extends the service life of the fan.
