Check whether the model specification is consistent with the requirements of the drawing, including the size of the anchor bolt hole, the size and position of the positioning pin hole
1.1 Check whether the model specification is consistent with the requirements of the drawing, including the size of the anchor bolt hole, the size and position of the positioning pin hole
1.2 Check the appearance of the intermediate bearing for defects, such as bruises, especially the observation cover, oil level gauge, grid, pressure thermometer, temperature sensor, nameplate, oil slinger and other easily damaged parts.
1.3 Inspect accessories; if there are bolt holes or joints but no parts are installed, they must be checked and implemented.
1.4 Check the machined surface at the bottom of the machine body to see if there are any defects.
1.5 Remove the sealing plates at the front and rear ends of the bearing and check whether the upper and lower bearing bushes are corroded or damaged.
2.1 Install wooden boards on the front and rear ends of the intermediate bearing for sealing and protection to prevent external dust, water vapor and other impurities from entering the interior of the intermediate bearing, and then securely tie it with three-proof cloth on the outside
2.2 It is strictly forbidden to collide with important parts and use points for hanging, pulling and supporting forces.
2.3 The bottom fitting surface of the intermediate bearing body must be protected with wooden blocks to prevent damage from hard objects.
3.1 Remove the wearing parts and store them. The openings left by the disassembly should be sealed to prevent oil, water, dust and other debris from entering.
3.2 Open the bearing cover, take out the lower bearing bush, check whether the upper and lower bearing bushes are damaged or rusted, and thoroughly clean the inner cavity of the bearing seat and perform anti-rust treatment.
3.3 The accessories that have not been removed must be protected from water, fire and bumps.
3.4 Check whether there are welding slag and other debris in the oil drain channel in the bearing seat and clean them.
3.5 Brushing the bottom of the machine body and doing anti-rust treatment
3.6 Apply lubricating oil to the machined surface of the back of the bearing seat. Apply lubricating oil to the clean lower bearing bush and place it smoothly into the bearing seat.
3.7 When making a fake shaft, use the color inversion method to check the contact surface of the lower bearing bush. Use a feeler gauge to check whether the left and right gaps are even. At the same time, use a lead wire to check whether the total gap is within the range of process requirements.
3.8 Install the bearing cover and tighten the bolts. The front and rear ends of the bearing must be protected with wooden boards, and then the surface should be wrapped securely with three-proof cloth.
4.1 Before the intermediate bearing enters the cabin, check whether the bearing protection measures are appropriate
4.2 After entering the cabin, the intermediate bearing is placed smoothly on the patterned steel plate. If necessary, a nylon belt seat can be hung for emergency protection.
