The spindle bearing is the most important part of the motor, once the failure of the spindle bearing will directly lead to the engine stop running, in order to improve the reliability of the engine, we must take certain measures to improve the efficiency of the use of the bearing, we can consider from seven aspects, can improve the reliability of the engine spindle bearing.

1、Improve machining accuracy. Improve the machining accuracy of bearing components, should not be lower than 4 level accuracy, correct selection of reasonable clearance and assembly value. During assembly, the bearings should be checked according to the specified contents of special technical conditions, such as appearance inspection, check whether there are surface defects and rust beyond the specified, review the size of the matching place and the original clearance, etc.

2、 Bearing ring and axis deflection can not be large. For long-life bearings with high reliability, the deflection between bearing ring and axis under working conditions should not exceed the allowable standard (for bearings with a life of more than 1000h, the deflection should not exceed 0.5 ‘).

3、With 3 point contact ball bearings. The reliability of bearings can be improved by replacing 4-point contact ball bearings with 3-point contact radial thrust ball bearings.

4、Steel cage. Use steel cage instead of bronze cage (mostly used in Russian engines), preferably silver plated on the surface of the cage.

5、 The temperature difference between the inner and outer ring is less than 5℃. If the heat of the bearing can be effectively taken away and maintained on the bearing width and there is a more uniform temperature field between the outer ring, the temperature difference between the inner and outer ring is not more than 5 ℃, the reliability of the bearing can be improved.

6、Reasonable selection of the gap between the end face and the edge of the roller. In the rod bearing, the axial clearance between the end face of the rod and the baffle should be between 0.04 mm and 0.06mm. If the clearance is larger or smaller than this value, the reliability of the roller bearing will be reduced.

7、Using fine oil filter. Use a high filtration degree of oil oil filter (filtration degree is best 5~15μm) to filter oil.
