Solid lubrication Under some special conditions of use, adding a small amount of solid lubricant to the grease, such as adding 3 to 5% of No. 1 molybdenum disulfide, can reduce wear and improve pressure and heat resistance. For high temperature, elegance, high vacuum, and corrosion resistance , radiation resistance, and extreme low temperature and other special conditions, adding solid lubricants to engineering plastics or powder metallurgy materials can make INA bearing parts with self-lubricating properties. For example, using a binder to bond the solid lubricant to the raceway , the cage and the rolling elements form a lubricating film, which has a certain effect on reducing friction and wear.

    1. Oil lubrication:
Viscosity is an important characteristic of lubricating oil. The viscosity directly affects the fluidity of lubricating oil and the thickness of the oil film formed between friction surfaces. The viscosity of lubricating oil at the bearing operating temperature is generally 12-15 cst. The higher the speed, the lower the viscosity, and the heavier the load, the higher the viscosity. Commonly used lubricating oils include machinery oil, high-speed machinery oil, turbine oil, compressor oil, transformer oil, cylinder oil, etc.
      Oil lubrication methods include:
      a. Oil bath lubrication
Oil bath lubrication is the most common lubrication method, suitable for the lubrication of low and medium speed bearings. The bearing is partially immersed in the groove, the lubricating oil is brought up by the rotating bearing parts, and then flows back to the oil groove. The oil level should be slightly lower than the minimum The center of the rolling element.
      b. Oil dripping lubrication
Oil dripping lubrication is suitable for bearing parts that require a quantitative supply of lubricating oil. The amount of oil dripping is generally one drop every 3-8 seconds. Excessive oil amount will cause the bearing temperature to increase.
      c. Circulating oil lubrication
Use an oil pump to transport the filtered oil to the bearing components. The lubricating oil after passing through the bearing is filtered and cooled before use. Since the circulating oil can take away a certain amount of heat and cool down the INA bearing, this method is suitable for bearing parts with higher rotating speeds.
      d. Spray lubrication
Dry compressed air is mixed with lubricating oil through a sprayer to form oil mist. In the spray bearing, the air flow can effectively cool the bearing and prevent the intrusion of impurities. This method is suitable for the lubrication of high-speed and high-temperature bearing parts.
      e. Jet lubrication
Use an oil pump to inject high-pressure oil into the bearing through the nozzle, and the oil injected into the bearing flows into the oil groove through the other end of the bearing. When the bearing rotates at high speed, the rolling elements and cage also rotate at a very high speed to form an airflow in the surrounding air. It is difficult to send the lubricating oil to the INA bearing using general lubrication methods. At this time, the lubricating oil must be sprayed out by high-pressure injection. When spraying into the bearing, the nozzle should be positioned between the inner ring and the center of the cage.
