NATR and NATR… PP type supporting roller
NATR series supporting roller comprises an outer ring, an inner ring, a needle holder assembly and a retaining ring pressed into and fixed on both sides of the inner ring. NATR… The PP series also has an additional seal ring. This kind of supporting roller has large grease storage space and can be used for a long time without adding grease.
NATV and NATV… PP type supporting roller
NATV series supporting rollers and NATR series supporting rollers are basically the same, the only difference is that NATV series is fully loaded needle type. Therefore, it can bear heavy loads at low speeds, but it must be lubricated frequently. NATV… PP series are of sealed structure.
NUTR type supporting roller
NUTR series supporting rollers are double row full roller bearings with outer rings fender. All parts of the bearing are formed by the sealing cover pressed into the outer ring to form a complete unit. The sealing cover and the thrust ring together form an efficient clearance seal. The supporting roller can withstand very heavy loads and, due to the axial orientation of the rolling body, can withstand impact axial loads even at high speeds.

VG- Supporting Roller The size, shape and rotation accuracy of the roller is normally P0. The tolerance of bearing width of NATR, NATV and NUTR is H12, and the tolerance of bearing diameter of curved roller stud is H7.
Adjustable concentric
The supporting roller with cylindrical outer diameter has very little adjustable centrality. It is about 3-4′ at low load and 5-7′ at moderate to high load. The supporting roller with rounded outer diameter has adjustable centrality of 15-20′. When there is a large Angle error, there is significant edge stress according to the size of the load, which will reduce the life of the bearing.
KR and KR… PP type curve roller
In KR, KR… Inside the PP curve roller, the needle roller is provided with a cage, and the outer ring is axial through the retaining ring on the bolt. Suitable for heavy load and medium speed. Because there is more grease storage space inside the bearing, the lubrication cycle is prolonged. KR… PP curve roller with contact sealing structure. The operating temperature is -30℃-100℃.

This series of curve rollers are of double row full – loaded roller construction. A high effect clearance seal is composed of a housing and a guard step with an outer ring that is axially pressed into the outer ring by a rolling body like a circular column roller bearing.
This type of curvilinear roller can withstand exceptionally high loads, as well as impact axial loads due to the axial direction of the roller.
KRE, KRE… PP, KREV, KREV… PP, NUKRE type curve roller
All models of curve rollers can be supplied with eccentric sleeve. The roller can be adjusted through the groove on the bolt face. The high point of eccentric sleeve is indicated at the mark “HSB” on the end face of the bolt. Grease can be added through both ends of the bolt.
