Dust cover：

Rolling：

The size and code is 608Z (according to the industrial division, especially refers to the model size).  The common rolling body of sliding plate bearings is steel ball, but also ceramic ball. Generally speaking, each set of bearings is made of 7 steel balls/ceramic balls as a group of rolling body, mounted between the inner and outer rings.  

Retainer：

Cage is to make the rolling body in the bearing evenly separated, so that each steel ball can keep in the appropriate position of normal rolling, and play a role in preventing the rolling body falling off.  

Inner and Outer ring：

The outer ring is the most outer circular metal outer ring, and the inner ring is a metal ring smaller than the outer ring in the center of the bearing. Both provide rolling grooves for the rolling body. 

Grade of slide bearing:

ABEC is the definition standard for precision bearings. Bearings in THE ABEC system are numbered 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 respectively. The higher the number, the higher the accuracy and the faster the speed.  

However, ABEC rating standard is not the only evaluation standard for sliding plate bearings, because there will be huge impact force brought by jumping and lateral torque brought by sideshow in the process of sliding plate.  

Bearing material:

1 Metal bearing:  Now the vast majority of sliding plate bearings are made of metal. Compared with ceramic bearings, metal bearings are more durable and can withstand the huge impact generated by jumping, but they are easy to rust when stained with water.  

2 Ceramic bearing :Ceramic bearing is a new material in recent years, compared with the traditional metal bearing, ceramic bearing friction is small, speed is fast, slide more smoothly, water is not afraid of rust, of course, the price is much more expensive than metal bearing.  Although ceramic bearings have high hardness, they are brittle and fragile.  

The difference between industrial bearing and slide bearing：

Bearing clean:  

The cleaning of sliding plate bearings is very simple, get the bearing down from the plate, wipe off the oil and stains on the bearing with paper towels, wipe off the inner wall of the wheel,   and change the wheel around and around is good for the patencyof the bearing. 

 About once a week, the high temperature generated by the rotation of the bearing when the plate is used, the glue of the wheel and the bearing wall are close to each other, resulting in the  inconvenient change of the wheel or the bearing, so it is often necessary to remove the bearing from the wheel and load it on. In order to avoid trouble, the bearing can be cleaned at the same time.  

Bearing rust:  

Bearing will rust when it encounters water. If after water, it will continue to slide, and the moisture volatilization of the wheel is very fast, and the volatilization is finished after sliding about 10 meters.
