What is the mounting method of full needle roller bearings?

1. When fully loaded needle roller bearings are installed, auxiliary sleeves are used;
2. The auxiliary roller or auxiliary sleeve supports the needle to prevent the needle from falling out, and the journal lifts the needle with its own chamfer;
3. With the needle roller bearing slowly moving inward on the journal, the auxiliary roller or auxiliary sleeve will slowly exit until it is installed to the working position.
4. The outer diameter of the auxiliary roller and auxiliary sleeve should be 0.1-0.3mm smaller than the diameter of the shaft. During installation, grease the inner surface of the bearing outer ring first, and stick the roller needle tightly against the inner surface (there should be a clearance when putting the last needle).
5. Then push the auxiliary roller or auxiliary sleeve that replaces the journal or bearing inner ring into the outer ring hole, and align its end face with the end face of the mounting shaft or the end face of the bearing inner ring installed on the shaft.
Pressure is then applied by tapping with a press or hand hammer.
