Supporting roller

These are single-row or double-row bearing units installed on shafts or bolts. They consist of a thicker outer ring with a specific surface profile, along with needle and cage assemblies, or full needle and full cylindrical roller assemblies. Support rollers can withstand high radial loads and axial forces caused by slight misalignment and tilting movements; they are suitable for applications such as cam drives, machine tool ways, and conveying equipment. Types of support rollers include those with inner rings or without, double-sided sealed or open designs.

Bolt type roller metric

The bolt-type roller (cam follower bearing) has a structure similar to that of single-row and double-row supported rollers, with the inner raceway replaced by large-section support bolts that have fixed threads and lubrication holes. It features a thicker outer ring and rolling elements with a specific outer surface profile, enabling it to handle high radial loads and axial forces caused by slight misalignment and tilting. This type of roller is suitable for applications such as cam drives, machine guides, and conveying systems. The bolt-type roller (cam follower bearing) comes in various structural designs and can be equipped with an eccentric sleeve, which enhances load capacity while making it easier to use and install.

Ball bearing rollers

These are ball bearings that are either single-row or double-row and have a thicker outer ring. They can withstand high radial loads and also resist bidirectional axial forces. The outer ring features a special shape or cylindrical outer contour. A specially shaped outer surface allows the rollers to be inclined relative to the support track, which helps prevent edge stress. Ball bearing rollers come in several types, including those with inner rings, support bolts, and outer rings coated with plastic material.
